Kafr Qasim School – Al-Shati Refugee Camp (Northern Gaza Strip)

Kafr Qasim School is located in Al-Shati refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip and serves 28 adolescent girls within the GirlZone program, aged 12–17. The center includes one group, with sessions focusing on psychosocial support, self-confidence building, and developing expression and communication skills in a safe and supportive environment.

The site was selected due to the importance of reaching girls in refugee camps, and no special logistical preparations were made for the hall.

All sessions are led by a qualified female trainer to ensure activities are conducted in a safe and supportive atmosphere. The center has become a vibrant space for enhancing dialogue and creativity, encouraging girls to take leadership roles and actively participate in community initiatives
