Diplomatic Youth Academy

The Diplomatic Youth Academy is one of the pioneering flagship programs launched by Sharek Youth Forum, aimed at enhancing the capacities of Palestinian youth and preparing them to engage in international arenas. The Academy is designed to equip participants with advanced diplomatic skills, enabling them to advocate for their causes at both local and global levels with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Through the program, youth undergo intensive training in negotiation skills, intercultural dialogue, drafting memos and political positions, and engaging with international institutions, as well as participating in simulated sessions of the United Nations and regional organizations. The Academy also provides practical opportunities to meet ambassadors, officials, and decision-makers, offering participants direct experience in diplomatic mechanisms and boosting their confidence as representatives of youth causes.

The Academy has contributed to forming a generation of young diplomats with a clear vision, specialized skills in defending their rights, and the ability to convey their messages powerfully and professionally in diverse international forums, making them an active part of the national effort to strengthen the image of Palestine and its youth on the global stage.
