"The Palestinian Youth Opinions Platform… When Voice Becomes a Tool for Change"
In the heart of Palestine, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and as part of the Sharek Youth Forum's efforts, a unique platform was born under the name "The Palestinian Youth Opinions Platform" — a living experience reminiscent of global TEDx inspirations but with a purely Palestinian spirit, pulsing with hope and creativity.
This platform was not just another youth event but a free space for thought, dialogue, and a voice that had long sought to be heard. The initiative was launched to provide hundreds of young Palestinian women and men with the opportunity to stand on stage—not to deliver speeches but to share their stories, experiences, challenges, and dreams… each in their own voice, language, and reality.
It became a laboratory for thought, a space for exchanging visions on current issues ranging from education and health to national identity and social transformations. With the youth's boldness and determination, every session turned into a stream of proposals, ideas, and solutions, making the platform a model for a Palestinian experience in expression and community participation.
From Dallal to Warda, from Hidaya to Ahmad… young faces of diverse backgrounds and fields came together with one goal: to reignite hope.
What's even more beautiful is that "Opinions Platform" was never one-directional; it was an interactive process that transformed the participants as much as it did the audience. It opened new horizons for youth expression and influence and helped hone their skills in presentation, public speaking, and argument building—just like global speaking platforms, but with an unmistakable Palestinian flavor.
It is a success story of a small initiative in size but significant in impact, believing that a bold idea can change reality and that an honest voice can inspire a nation.
