The Hakawati Cinema Camp… When Stories Turn into Image and Sound

In the Youth Village, where nature inspires and ideas are set free, the Hakawati Cinema Camp was held with the participation of a wonderful group of talented youth in the fields of filming, production, and directing. The camp was organized in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and under the guidance and supervision of the talented Palestinian director Dr. Suhail Dahdal.

Inspired by the beauty and warmth of the place, participants transformed their ideas and visual concepts into vibrant videos and artistic productions. These works addressed social and intellectual issues that concern adolescents, and were presented using creative methods that blended visual storytelling with cultural identity.

This camp was not just a technical training, but a narrative artistic journey that revived the Palestinian story through the eyes and lenses of the new generation.
