Support of Youth Organizations

Project Overview

The idea of this project is to support a number of creative and original initiatives designed specifically for the benefit of youth and children. Sharek Youth Forum provides grants to a number of these initiatives, which are submitted by and implemented by various youth organizations.

Specific objectives

Ø       To develop the administrative and financial systems of youth institutions.

Ø       To assist youth institutions with the formulation of aims and objectives.

Ø       To increase the effectiveness of institutions by helping them to implement projects successfully

Ø       To help institutions stay up to date with the latest global developments in technology and information services.

Ø       To advance the Palestinian institutional network to the global level of professionalism and specialization.

Ø       To develop a talented pool of human resources and provide them with the required experience to assist youth institutions in their growth and development

Ø       To increase coordination and communication amongst institutions so as to avoid the duplication of projects and to prevent the waste of valuable resources.

Ø       To enrich volunteers in youth institutions with practical skills.
